I have always loved cooking, raising chickens, and sharing with others. It brings me joy to give homemade items that make people happy! Preparing comfort food from scratch and sharing with friends and family brings back a simpler, slower and more connected time.
For years, friends have said that I should sell my eggs and baked goods because they wanted to be able to order and enjoy them whenever they like. So, here we are with Marwitz Farm!

I bake a limited number of pre-ordered artisan loaves each week, as time permits. Each item is baked to order using quality ingredients. The sourdough process takes two to three days. Loaves are best when eaten within 3 days, or they may be sliced and frozen.

It's fun to try new things! Rosemary, garlic, olive, feta, sun-dried tomato, cinnamon raisin, smoked cheese, pepper-jack, blueberry lemon zest, white or dark chocolate, rainbow sprinkle... You name it, I'll bake it!
